general:

1. unless specifically stated, all orders will be going to our Korean address and will feature an EMS fee once everything has arrived and can be shipped out.

2. All orders will include a $0.50/item gom fee to account for some of the time we put in.

3. we are not responsible for any damage/loss of items while in transit (shipping to us) as that is out of our control. once the items arrive to us, we will package them with the utmost care!

4. we are not responsible for any damage/loss of mail or items while in transit (from us to you) as that is out of our control. please note that usps can lag + skip certain tracking notification updates. file any shipping issues you may have through usps directly.

5. once the order is placed, there will be NO refunds given.

6. we will not tolerate rudeness, failure to follow instructions, and/or take-backsies. three strikes, you’re out.

payment:

1. no extensions are given unless you have confirmed it with one of us. we have the right to deny an extension request for any reason we see fit.

2. paypal payments will only be accepted as f+f and with the correct note. a refund will be issued without notice if made as g+s or without the correct note.

3. if no payment is made after any deadline, your items will go up for reclaim.
